Foodstuffs South Island oversees our promotional management operations through the Promotions Portal. This innovative tool, launched in 2021, has revolutionized our processes by eliminating the need for manual intervention.

The Promotions Portal offers enhanced transparency in promotion details for both suppliers and our dedicated Foodstuffs SI team. 

 Here's what the Promotions Portal handles:

  1. Annual Promotional Planning cycles.
  2. Funding Requests & Confirmations.
  3. Promotional Submissions from Suppliers.
  4. Provides suppliers to efficiently oversee In-Store promotions with specific stores throughout the South Island.

New and Existing User Access Request Form

These requests are normally actioned around Midday. (Monday – Friday). Once the access has been set-up you will get an email from us with confirmation of set-up.

 

Foodstuffs South Island Supplier Portal

The Foodstuffs South Island Supplier Portal is your dedicated platform for efficiently managing all aspects of your promotional activity with us.

Please kindly be aware that North and South Island promotional portals function independently from each other. For all North Island queries you can contact them at supplierhelp@foodstuffs.co.nz

Once your access is established, a link to the ‘FSSI Supplier Portal’ will be displayed on the left-hand menu of your Exchange Page. This will provide you direct entry without the need for a username or password.

Please remember that your FSSI Supplier Portal access is supplementary to your existing Exchange credentials.

Should you need to deactivate access for former employees or those no longer overseeing promotions within your organization, simply notify us at SupplierPromotionsPortal@foodstuffs-si.co.nz. Rest assured, this action will not impact their accessibility to the Exchange or broader supplier communications.
